Dipl.-Ing. Alain Leroy
ConMoto welcomes Alain Leroy as new Senior Partner. He holds a graduate degree in mechanical engineering and business administration. Before joining ConMoto Alain Leroy worked for 14 years at several international consulting firms. He also has a wealth of industry experience having worked for 14 years in key management positions for companies in the automotive and mechanical engineering industry. At ConMoto Alain Leroy is responsible for global projects in development and production. He is an expert for integrated transformation programs (Fit-for-Future), M&A processes and post-merger integration projects. He takes the lead in turnaround projects at the corporate level and at individual production sites.
He works with our clients to re-design business models and to develop new product and market strategies. Process design, efficiency programs for product development and product profitability are also part of his portfolio. Alain Leroy has longstanding experience leading international projects in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France and the US.
